Jerruh needs to come out of his pockets to make this issue "go away" until mid-February or so
Agreed. My preference would be to have him available, but he's very, very replaceable at this point.Idk he may be a 3-4 olb but he seemed to flash some nice athleticism and it's cool to have a lead and have a team pass all three downs and then have all hands on deck for the pass rush it ends up being like blood in the water
We kind of have a no name defense but Irving , Gregory, law, Collins, mayowa, and Thornton bring some semblance of juice to the rush if all are together and rotatingIrving has replaced him. Just consider him to be last year's 2nd rounder instead of Gregory.
What I don't get is why a guy like Leveon Bell gets suspended twice for substance abuse, both times its reduced and now I hear on Sirius XM from a reporter in Pitt that there is some deal negotiated between Bell and the NFL that they will only suspend him for 4 games if he flunks another test.
What is going on there?
What is going on there are they playing him at a new position or something ?Agreed. He's a decent third-down pass rush specialist, and showed burst at times tonight. He was overplayed tonight due to the lack of bodies and trying to get him playing time.
But ... if he's suspended again ... onward and upward. Irving is the real story at the moment on the defensive line.
Frankly, it's not really a big loss or gain either way.
Wasn't the report saying his appeal would be heard in January? I'm not sure how long it takes to rule on it, but this was always a threat.
What's weird is it's been intimidated he has more to him than what will be reported on so he may have a mental illness which is cured by smoking. There's a big difference between him pass rushing and Ryan Davis. I hope his career isn't ruined because of weed.
Weirdly hostile plus doesn't he have a college degree? He should be practicing asking people if they want fries with their drink and assume his role in society.
