Great. Next time, I hope he beats a woman so he only gets a game.
What if he beats her for smoking his pot?Great. Next time, I hope he beats a woman so he only gets a game.

You need to get a better understanding of the Constitution. The government isn't doing anything to Gregory. His employer is. They have rules, many of which are collectively bargained. They also tell the players what to wear during games, what they can't wear, and how to wear it. I guess you also think that's unconstitutional. No one is telling Gregory he can't smoke pot. He just can't do it and play in the NFL. The Constitution doesn't guarantee him the right to play football for millions of dollars. It's not just stupid, it is outright unconstitutional. It took a constitutional amendment to make alcohol illegal, another to reverse the previous amendment. But pot? The government does not have the constitutional power to prevent an individual from deciding what to put in his own body.
Rules are rules, but when it is against the rules to make that rule?
Now you have NFL owners deciding principles of morality because we all know pot has nothing to do with enhancing a player's ability to play football.
He would have to find some serious flaw with the procedure or precedent and get a judge to issue a TRO to allow him to play in the playoffs....real longshotGregory should take it to court like Brady did. It may be his only shot playing in the Playoffs and possibly the Super Bowl.
Wow! And all my life I thought the Cowboys were part of the NFL. Professional sports is a different type of business. The teams share revenue because they're part of the league. Otherwise teams like Jacksonville and a few others couldn't exist. The Cowboys could not exist without the NFL.The league isn't paying them anything.
lol. With the NFL's oddball thinking...if he beats 2 woman...he gets half a game! Too stupid. Goodell needs to go! Fans need to complain and challenge this primitive logic!!Great. Next time, I hope he beats a woman so he only gets a game.
Reading comprehension is your friend. I said it's not hard to not do drugs, meaning just don't start to begin with. If you don't start, you don't get addicted.Oh its not? Awesome. Perhaps you can tell the over 30 million people in north america its not hard and they can all just stop. I dont think ive ever ignored someone this fast on this site ever. have a nice life. Go read a book on addiction.
I don't believe in unicorns and flying pigs.
Being a drug addict isn't a weakness to me. It's all about making piss poor decisions and throwing your life away. I can sympathize with a person in that situation, but that doesn't mean they don't have to pay for their decisions. I've always said, play stupid games, win stupid prizes.Personal responsibility isnt missing. It's what's used whenever someone wants to look down on others for any weaknesses someone else has. Being an addict isn't a choice....unless your a personal responsibility nut who prefers to look down on others because it's easier for you than trying to understand something that requires real thought. We are not all born equal. If we can celebrate someone for the gifts they were born with then we should also be able to show empathy for the weakness they were born with also.
I didn't, I want to see the players that earned the right to play in the playoffs, not some jackass dopehead that would rather smoke pot.disappointing, on many levels
on the surface, w/o knowing all the details, seems like everyone lost here
Seriously? He isn't being charged with a crime. Damn people, at least know what the hell yours talking about. What ever happened to probable cause and habeas corpus...never mind logic and common decency.
