Grier's great game and gets cut

I've never seen a qb throw for 305 yards and 2 tds with 2 tds rushing and get cut.

I'd like your opinion on his game against the Raiders.

Seems to me he was poised. He threw good passes that were well placed. He ran when the opportunity presented itself, but did not force runs over throwing the ball. I heard all the jibber jabber the talking heads ran out there about him not playing tight. I'm not certain if his play had something to do with Dak calling the plays, or the level of competition, or the Gulf Coast Offense © finally made sense to him.

One last thought. I watched the Gulf Coast Offense © for the first time and came away with the idea that this just might be exactly what is needed for the starting QB and an offense that gets the ball out quickly. Cee Dee/Cooks/Gallup will feast in this offense. And the notion they can put up points while this defense eats people's lunches makes me ready for the season to start.

I think that he played well and I think the Chargers will pick him up.
