Gruden anyone?

I could care less about interpersonal skills. This is not a daycare center.
It matters to some, ask Keyshawn Johnson or Al Davis but as stated earlier I would support his return. I'm just not sure an owner/GM can sell him as a head coach.

Who wanna bet a red penny Fish has an account on this board.........

Gruden would be better than some of the other names floated around

I'd be all about Gruden. He's the kind of personality we need. However, I'm pretty sure the league has blackballed him for using "hurtful words" so there's likely 0% chance of him coming here.
You crave mediocrity.

It looks like McCarthy may be retained but what would you think of having Gruden as our HC?
He has a no nonsense style that MM lacks and would bring some attitude and focus to the team.
Don’t want the bully

They can certainly do much worse! We’ll see what Jerry pulls out of his hat?

No coach has ever won a superbowl with 2 teams. Lets stop going back to that well.
That's just happenstance. But we do know one thing, plenty of coaches have taken two different teams to a SB.

What about Rex Ryan? I only bring him up because he took the Jets to two straight AFC championship games with a crap QB.

A big fat no to any retreat head coach
