For those who will not read previous pages. Jon Gruden's record as a head coach is 117–112. He has a lower winning percentage than Jeff Fisher. Let that sink in for a bit

Here is a bit of info for all the low brow Cowboy fans. Jon Gruden's record as a head coach is 117–112, with a winning percentage lower than Jeff Fisher.

Somehow, a coach with a winning percentage inferior to Jeff Fisher is considered a genius in Cowboys Nation. And you all wonder why the team sucks. Many of you crave mediocrity in the deepest fibers of your being.
Cut him some slack, Mac.

True, a 52% winning rate as HC is nothing to talk about at the lawn bowling party.

But consider that he spent 2 stints at Oakland and one in Tampa as head coach. Two very bad teams, chap. The rest of his career has been as OC and QB/WR assistants.

Oakland you’re right about. He carried that team despite a horrific front office (maybe that does make him a good fit in Dallas)

Tampa Bay was a good team when he took over though. They were a playoff team prior to
His arrival.

To Gruden’s credit, he did help get them over the top though.

Look if MM walks it's going to be a retread Jerry knows, not some young hotshot. So, out of Gruden n Carroll who would you want? Idc anymore but Gruden is probably in the mix.

Yeah sucks for someone to hold him accountable as the leader of this team
He is accountable. Don’t get taken in by all the haters, have a mind of your own, he’s not the problem with the team.
and just so you know, he’s the leader of the offense, not the team.
Do you remember Byron Jones. And what happened and why he was released the next day.
