I already pointed out that Jerry needed Parcells to fix the team so he could get a new stadium. Jerry in his drunken Youtube rant said exactly that. You can't get support for a new stadium with a 5-11 team so he needed an established head coach to try and turn the team around. He doesn't need a strong head coach anymore which is why he went right back to hiring yes men after Parcells left.
