Guys, I need your help, I am going to SA tomorrow for cowboys practice, and I need some pics that I can copy and create of players Austin, Stanback, Moore, Battle, Free, Hannah, Folk and Anderson. I have photos of all the players to get signed, but I cant figure out how to copy and make photos of the ones on Dallas Morning News, wont let me save them. So, if anyone has photos somewhere of these players, I would appreciate it.
I got 4 vip sideline passes, so going to take some real neat pics I hope of players, and I will report of practices when i get back for saturday morning, and if i get to view fridays practice in time.

Hit print screen on your key board, open paint and hit ctrl + V

Worked for me using Mazilla

1. Find the pictures you want.

2. Right click on the picture.

3. Choose the option "Copy."

4. Go to Microsoft Word and hit Crtl V.

The picture will paste onto a blank page in Word. You can adjust the size.

5. Print.

that wont work guys, i tried that too,

print screen will work on ANYTHING!

do you know where it's located on the keyboard?

Does it work even on Flash applications? I thought you needed a special program to do that.

joe, I would just google some different pics of them. Then the old copy and paste or "save image as" will work.

The instructions I gave work every time. I am graphically challenged and even I can print a picture from Microsoft Word. Anyone can.

Yes, it works on Flash applications, too. Depending on how his keyboard is made, all he has to do is go to the DMN slide show where he's grabbing the pic.

Press the button that says Print Scrn and then open up Word, MS Paint, MS Photo, whatever... and then press CTRL+V to paste the image and then print it out from the computer.

Yep. It never fails me and I am stupid about graphics.

If that doesn't work...buy a new printer.

ok i tried what you suggested again for the 5th time today, i pressed print screen 3 times, nothing happened,

i right clicked on the picture and no where does it have copy, no where, just zoom in, show all, quality, print, adobe player, (no where does it say copy) like old pictures used to;

i tried print screen on my old computer, and a new computer that i got in thanksgiving, print screen wont print on that picture;

here is the link to one of the pics that i want to save and print out, see what you can do if copy or print screen;
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Pictures\cowboys autograph pics 2007\Dallas Morning News News for Dallas, Texas Cowboys minicamp Day 1.mht

or you can go to www.cowboysplus, go to photos and look at picture 3, the one with free blocking ratliff, it will not let you copy or use print screen, joe

Sigh.

Give me a working URL to where the pictures are and an e-mail address.

I guarantee you there is a Copy function on the pictures and it can be pasted into Word.

Joe,

The print screen option just copies the image to your computer. All you have to do is then paste it into another application. That's the step you don't seem to be following. Do the print screen option and then OPEN ANOTHER APPLICATION, such as Word, Paint, MS Photo...and then PASTE the image into that application. You print from there.

Or you don't even have to do that much. It'll be an ugly picture, but just use your web browser Print option. It'll print the whole screen, but you'll get the pic.
