Likewise it seems like you guys are very confident and overlooking us big time. But I caution that would be a major mistake and please keep in mind the following:
- We have won 7 straight games which is currently the longest streak in the NFL aside from the two undefeated teams.
- Norv Turner is 10-0 in December, Phillip Rivers is 15-0 in December and is primed for a mvp type of finish.
- We have lit up both NFC East teams we've played this year for big yardage offensively.
- Our WR's and TE's are going to be a major problem for your undersized secondary, and also our screen passing game will exploit what looks to be one of your major weaknesses.
Good luck this weekend and I hope you make the playoffs but I fully expect us to walk out of Dallas with a decisive victory.
Romo 2 Austin;3131025 said:We will be the ones with a decisive victory.
We have the MVP of Rookies in the class of 2009, David Buehler, be afraid, be very afraid.
Not only that but our Defense will shut down your overrated offense and our offense will expose your defense, get ready for a 40-6 game.
Charged Up;3131125 said:True but let's put it this way, if this turns into a shootout in which both teams defenses struggle mightily, I'm taking the proven QB who knows how to win big games in the 4th quarter. I'll let you figure out which QB I'm talking about....

rocyaice;3131144 said:Yea i'm interested in seeing who he's faced. I mean regardless its impressive but that record does seem inflated. You would think being that good in December would lead to more success in the post season.
DaBoys4Life;3131167 said:15-0 in December is better that what Romo has done against teams in December.
DaBoys4Life;3131201 said:Philly lost to Oakland this year....
When will people realize that nothing is a gimme in this league.
DaBoys4Life;3131221 said:If you say so when Romo couldn't even beat a terrible Commanders team in December but hey it's a NFCE division rivalry game those things are toss ups....
AmericasTeam31;3131130 said:Neither of these guys have won anything to speak of... How many rings do they have between them?
Both players have won more than their fair share of shootouts... you may want to check they record books... Oh, wait, it is December... so therefore by default Romo is now unproven... sorry, forgot about that...
Joe Realist;3131139 said:Is Rivers really 15-0 in December? If so, that is very impressive.
No one is denying that he is good, maybe great. He appears to be a leader.Charged Up;3131388 said:Yes going back to 2006 when he became the starter after Brees left. This kid is phenomenal and any non biased nfl fan outside of San Diego must realize this....

gUnit;3131301 said:Like in the Steeler game this year? LoL....
What about last year in the playoff's? LoL
You guys are one of the worst fan bases. Almost all of your home games you've needed extensions to sell your stadium out and avoid black outs....
You SUCK!!! And you have no tradition.
ChldsPlay;3131318 said:What's this crap about Cleveland moving the ball in garbage time? They marched it down the field the entire first half:
1st Drive: 10 plays, 72 yds, TD
2nd Drive: 7 plays, 48 yards, Missed FG
3rd Drive: 16 plays, 69 yards, fumble (inside the 15)
4th Drive: 5 plays, 14 yards, only punt in first half
5th Drive: 3 and out - only drive of 3rd quarter
6th Drive: 9 plays, 68 yds, TD
7th Drive: 7 plays, 58 yds, TD
8th Drive: 11 plays, 28 yds, FG
That's 6 out of 8 series that were either scoring drives or ended in scoring position. That's 203 yards in the first half (more than half their yards btw) And this is against probably the worst offense in the NFL. They couldn't do better than 2 punts? Really?
And you racked up yardage against the other 2 NFC East teams you played??? Does that include the massive 226 Total Yards (just 36 rushing) you accumulated against the Giants??? And wow, 331 against the Eagles, amazing (too bad you gave up over 460 yards that game). So your idea of racking up yardage is to average 278 yards a game??? Such awesome firepower!!
Vintage;3131402 said:Question for you Chargers_Gomer....
What does it matter if we look past you or not? Its not like us looking past you has any bearing on the game?
But thanks for thinking we are that important. Our fan base is that great, I guess.

Romo and Wade Phillips track record speaks for itself compared to Rivers/Turner.
I believe we have the by far the better coach
.......Charged Up;3131450 said:It don't matter, I expect Cowboys fans to be arrogant. They damn well should be. After all you have 5 world titles, we have zero. And I respect your team and franchise for that.
But I don't live on past accomplishments or lack thereof. I simply live in the present. And based on this game I believe we have the by far the better coach and QB and that will be the difference in this one. Seriously Romo and Wade Phillips track record speaks for itself compared to Rivers/Turner.
RS12;3131480 said:Jerry Rice "Norv Turner was easily the worst HC I ever played for". Speaks volumes. Not saying Wade is any great shakes as a HC, but I'll take HOFers opinion over yours.
Charged Up;3131494 said:That's cool, but all I know is that Phillips is 0-5 lifetime in the playoffs, and Turner is 3-2 in the playoffs the last 2 years in San Diego.
Phillips is a great defensive coordinator, I know this obviously since he was here in SD before becoming your head coach, and although he has a solid regular season coaching record, the facts say he can't win in the playoffs just like Marty Schott and that's why he was sent packing.
