Steelers own us, I've already conceded that in another post here.

Last time I checked they beat you last you too and Romo had an epic 4th quarter choke job.

I like how you trotted around my "fan base" question.

San Diego doesnt deserve an NFL for such a half *** group of surfing/hippie fans...

You state that you don't live on past accomplishments... then post comments like this...? This is not a playoff game, so their playoff records have no bearing on this, or any other game. You also talk about Rivers being 15-0 in December, and ignore all posts about the strength of his opponents, but that is the epitomy of living off of past accomplishments. Do those 15 wins do anything to the scoreboard on Sunday? Or is it just something that you get to use to try to prove that you will win this week?

You are soooo lucky this game wasn't played in November though, because Romo has is like 13-2 or something like that in November!!!!! That would have made it an automatic W... Right?

Yea the whole "Player A is 15-0 in December....." argument is lame. Romo was "Mr. November" and soon as the called him that he lost. No one is undefeated forever. A loss will come. I say it comes this Saturday. Cowboys aren't the Raiders.

Seriously Romo and Wade Phillips track record speaks for itself compared to Rivers/Turner.

Regular season records
Wade and Romo 30-14
Norv and Rivers 28-16

Wow, what a difference! [/end sarcasm]

Who won the game?

Who was up 27-7 in the 2nd half?

Garbage time stats always skew the reality of the situation....that's exactly why McNabb and the Eagles racked up big time yards against us as well, the game was already well in hand....

That's a bunch of BS and you know it. The Browns moved the ball on you the entire game, not just garbage time. In fact, they moved the ball better in the first half. What you said before was just a flat out BS lie, and you were caught and can't admit it.

And I see you conveniently ignored the other lie I pointed out.

"But I don't live on past accomplishments or lack thereof. I simply live in the basement."

I'm sorry, I'm not normally a fixer upper, but that was just soo there. I had to do it. Like straightenin' a crooked picture on the wall.

Here's another crooked picture. San Diego winning anything with Norv as HC. I don't care if he's 16-0 in December against loser teams. Without Rivers he's 0-16. With Rivers he still has nothing in da trophy case. So you really need to shut up and quit crowning Rivers as an elite QB. He isn't until he gets that ring. And does anybody really, really believe Norval can beat the Colts this year. Warning: Hog call. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECCCCCCCCCCK NOOO!

I'll take Romo over Rivers any day of the week. Although comparing the two is awfully like comparing apples and apples. Save for some very important factoids. Rivers was a number one pick. Romo went undrafted and had to start in the middle of the season. Rivers should be heads above better than Romo, imo. He's not. Now let's take Romo. The expectations he has to live up to are ridiculous since he did go undrafted. But does anybody remember that? No. All they remember is his record in December and the two postseason games he's played. Again, so ridiculous the pressure this guy has to play under. Give him time, he will chew Rivers up and spit him out. Guaranteed.

Now, here's another thing that benefits Rivers. Norv does one thing well. He knows how to mentor a QB. Look what the man did with Alex Smith. So, Rivers has another advantage over Romo. Lucky, lucky Rivers.

Now, let's take a good look at who's mentoring the Cowboys undrafted free agent, franchise QB, aka Tony Romo. Well, let me see. There's Wade Wilson, (Omg) Wade Phillips (Omg prt 2) and Jason Garrett (omg part 3) And yet Romo still delivers. The Cowboys are 8-4, on top of a very tough division. Washington is still a heckuva lot better than any loser team in the AFC.

So what does all this mean for the game on Sunday? Norv vs Wade = A wash. Rivera vs Wade, Advantage Wade. Norv vs JG, advantage Norv. Mr. Garrett is our weak link, but if he's on game Sunday, you guys will go down like the dinghy boat you really are with that spiffy record against the worst teams in the NFL bar none.

Nice stereotype, but not everybody in San Diego is a bunch of surf/hippies stoners or whatever you are implying. Also I'm not even from San Diego, I live in LA.

There are hardcore fans here just like any other NFL city. And of course we have plenty of bandwagon fans as well. Cowboy fans should be familiar with the term bandwagon......

Yep and we ended their undefeated season in 2005 too.

Trust me, Manning and the rest of the Colts want no part of the Chargers in the playoffs. But something tells me even when we go in there next month and end their season again for the 3rd straight year we'll still get no respect.

Why does this continue to happen? We always get some child fan that gets on our website the week prior to our game with their team.

Why?

How small are you that you are on our web site all day instead of your own?

Anyway, after the game, if they win they come back a time or two to rub noses in it, .. if they lose we never hear from them again.

I don't get it.

Defensively, San Diego is giving up just over 20 points a game. Against the pass, you play very good defense. Against the run, I don't think your defense is nearly as good.

Offensively, your pretty good. You throw the ball very well and you score points but you don't run the ball well. Your last in the league in Average Yards Per Rush.

To me, the game comes down to pressure. If we can pressure your passing game, we probably stand a good chance of winning. If we can't, then it's a shoot out and it's who can score more points?

Is Shawne Merriman injured again this year, or has Tila Tequila refused to give his nuts back after he choked her? Haven't seen any highlights of him especially of him doing his roided - up sack dance.
