Hardy might cave in to NFL

Not much of stretch for Jason Cole, yet again. He's quickly turning into one of the more unreliable "insiders" out there since he went from Yahoo to BR, so I am skeptical.

But it is a bit of common sense. If Hardy gets his suspension reduced by "2-4 games" why would he go through a long protracted legal fight given the circumstances.

What some people are missing here, I believe, is Hardy's due to the players union. They are in the business of protecting all the players so they might be encouraging him to fight any more than a 2 game suspension, since it falls under the rules. For him to accept the league punishment of more than that sets a precedent that the league can use against other players.

So Jason Cole thinks Hardy has been camping out in the Law Library writing briefs and compiling supporting evidence?

And very effective use of "may" and "might" sprinkled in that puff piece. Jason MAY weigh 150 and MIGHT be in line for the next big Subway sponsorship deal. So many possibilities exist that you could never be wrong if you err on the side of vague.

Exactly my thoughts. Just so much BS from so called journalist these days.

I think both this one and the other report by Cole that the Cowboys and Bryant are still far apart are a bunch of fake reporting trash crafted to do nothing more than generate attention and clicks.

I don't think he's got any sources with the Cowboys but simply throws stuff out there in an attempt at attention.

We'll see soon on both counts and I just hope that people remember what he's said and the actual outcomes.

Cave in to what? He's a client. He doesn't have to do anything that would cause him to be "worn down"

Really
That's what happens when there is no real news
These guys just pull stuff out of their
Lower extremities
That said I suspect if he could get it lowered to 2-4 games he would take it and move on
Appeal doesn't really involve him at all but just to get on with things I suspect he takes it

I don't know what is going to happen with Hardy, but, I am willing to bet because of all of this, when he hits the field he is coming with a vengeance!

I pity the fools that have to defend him, and I don't pity the QB's in the NFCE, or any other division, that are going to feel the wrath that he is going to bring!

There is not going to be anymore of this "helping the QB up" after they get smashed to the turf!

lol, he really went out on a limb that time.

Is he talking about Cole Beasley? If he is...Hardy is going to take care of his teammate.

The Cowboys have some dogs coming in. A Chihuahua and a Pit Bull. A Golden Retriever...and some new puppies coming in, hungry for some football.

I think the Dallas Cowboys are mad for being disrespected.

With all those hours spent in a law library... where will Hardy find the time to work out?
