Yeah, time ran out. Should have appealed it earlier.

I'm fine with that and not surprised. He better work out hard though and hit the ground running - no excuses. That goes for RoMac too......

How is this even news? The ruling came down ~2 months ago. His suspension began 5 days ago. Kinda obvious by this point he wasn't challenging it.

Maybe something will happen tonight and Brady will miss 4 games anyway.

I think Hardy just wanted to avoid the spotlight. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if he had asked Garrett, Garrett would agreed that just getting it out of the way would be better than fighting for 2 more games or whatever and have domestic violence be a part of the conversation again.

Totally agree. He just didn't want to rock the boat and make it a media spectacle. He is in Dallas trying to restart his career. He doesn't need any media exposure especially regarding the case.

That doesn't mean he is guilty though. Some folks make it sound as if this prove that he was guilty without doubt because he didn't challenge it. Thats wrong and its more likely he didn't want his DV case to be the subject of conversation.

Doesn't this affect his money though?? That's two game checks he's missing to satisfy the media.

He just had a kid, the spotlight is off of him and he can get a new start.

If he keeps fighting, they will keep bringing up Holder's story and it will all churn back up to the top.

I completely understand and can't wait to unleash the Kracken in a month.

He stands to lose about 625k per game.

But now it is over in a month. If he keeps fighting it could be months or years before it is settled. And what if the suspension hits during the Playoffs run? After 15 mos he probably just wants to move on.

How sweet would that be. Or better yet, miss the rest of the season, and Ruthlessraper too. This game tonite has the 2 biggest scumbag QB's in the NFL. An arrogant, smug lying cheater, and a rapist.

The game starting Star Spangled Banner was still good...

Eh, four games is a gift. Not that big a deal.

Dallas will have him for the meat of their schedule and the post season. Plus, they'll have the inside track on re-signing him to a long term contract.
