How is this even news? The ruling came down ~2 months ago. His suspension began 5 days ago. Kinda obvious by this point he wasn't challenging it.
Maybe something will happen tonight and Brady will miss 4 games anyway.
I think Hardy just wanted to avoid the spotlight. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if he had asked Garrett, Garrett would agreed that just getting it out of the way would be better than fighting for 2 more games or whatever and have domestic violence be a part of the conversation again.

Totally agree. He just didn't want to rock the boat and make it a media spectacle. He is in Dallas trying to restart his career. He doesn't need any media exposure especially regarding the case.
That doesn't mean he is guilty though. Some folks make it sound as if this prove that he was guilty without doubt because he didn't challenge it. Thats wrong and its more likely he didn't want his DV case to be the subject of conversation.
Doesn't this affect his money though?? That's two game checks he's missing to satisfy the media.
How sweet would that be. Or better yet, miss the rest of the season, and Ruthlessraper too. This game tonite has the 2 biggest scumbag QB's in the NFL. An arrogant, smug lying cheater, and a rapist.
The game starting Star Spangled Banner was still good...
Yeah, time ran out. Should have appealed it earlier.
