Hatcher needs to learn to think before he speaks. You are in your last year of your contract and you make a statement like that. Of course everyone is going to take that as you don't want bad film out there for other teams interested in you to see.

I think fans need to think before they speak.

Ed Werder made comments about how its FA interest in him and the sheeple have been led.

He watches film with his coaches and teammates each and every day at work.

Didn't Hatcher call out Megatron before the game? How did that work out for us?

How do you think teams scout potential free agents? Do they just get a list off the internet?

I'm willing to bet that they look at 'film'.

And your insane 'contention' is that those same people, ya know, the ones who know better than anyone that he's hurt, would somehow use this 'bad film' against him?

I continue to be amazed at how low fans will stoop and the leaps in logic they will make, or try to make, in defense of this team and it's players.

You lie to yourself, but don't try to lie to me.

lol having a bad day bro.

Read the article quote I just gave you. Tell me if it makes a point for you and if you are still having difficulty figuring then let me know and I will help you.

I did.

It shows that players watch film.

Show me where it shows a player talking about putting out 'bad film' due to injury as a substitute for helping his team?

You can't because it never happens and never has happened.

Putting bad film out there is a self-centered comment from a player whose main focus is his pending free agency, period.

Thanks, but I don't need a pair of the Cowboys' blue glasses you seem so fond of wearing.

You can try and present the starwman again and again but that is not going to make it my argument that I have to prove.

I am saying that there is zero evidence that he thinks about other teams watching his film perform poorly and a whole lot of evidence that he is concerned about his performance to his peers and coaches. You ever have work evaluation sessions with your boss?

Now I showed you evidence as to how important film study is in reference to their peers and coaches.

Now your turn. Let's see some evidence that players are worried about what you say is his concern.

I'm done here.

If you want to try to convince yourself that this was somehow a team-oriented comment, that's on you.

It's not worth my time to try to convince you otherwise, and there's little point in it.

After last night's debacle, this team obviously has bigger issues than self-centered players openly talking about their future pay days.

No proof and you are done. Nice.

I am not trying to 'convince' myself of anything. You are the one fronting as if what he thinks is certain. I fully concede that he may be worried about his pay day as it is certainly a possibility. What you seem determined to do is not have to consider a possibility that does not make him look like a jerk.

lol that is not what you said but okay.

go ahead and vent I am good for it.

Lol. I know.

We have no idea what the whole conversation with Hatcher was. That is the problem with trying to jump to conclusions. I just think that it sounded bad. But who knows, maybe Werder left out some stuff to make it sound bad.

But if that was the case, I would not expect Hatcher to answer anymore of his questions.

Business decision, pure and simple. What a scrub. There are deep cultural issues at Valley Ranch.
