Hate to say it, but looks like Jeanty has a excellent chance to become a Cowboy!

Is it a concern that Jeanty has over 800 carries in college?
That's why I am on the side of a hard pass when it comes to Jeanty. Who cares if he is a great talent if the wheels fall off after the first contract. I'd rather get a stud DT that shores up the middle of our defensive line for a decade. Also, deep draft for RBs. Can still get a decent one in the 3rd round.

This is going to be a hard draft man. No real star players. I am not 100% sure about Hunter as a great player. He is slight. If Jeanty goes before our pick the Joneses will be exposed even more. The last time something like this happened we drafted Micah but then reached for Boss man in the the second.
The first round is usually hard to mess up if you’re picking around 12. BPA at money position.

Fortunately for us the strength of the draft is RB / DT so there’s a good chance if we can take advantage of that in rounds 2-4.

We do well when we draft the best players and we don’t when we reach for need.

It’s about the head coach brother. Who will the Joneses hire. We fans have to be patient if we draft a defensive lineman in the first two rounds before declaring them a bust. I am still sadden by the Overshown situation.

Hard to be mad with either player. Least it isn’t going the route of QB on the best team which has yielded some of the least skilled winners ever. Both of these guys belong in the pros.
