Early was the first that came to mind.
Did not expect him to be a world beater or starter but thought he might show something on occasion to warrent being in rotation.

However it seems like I have not heard or read anything positive about him at all.

For me it would be Ealy, Ward, Martin and Thompson. All were brought here with specific roles to help the team and none have produced or shown to be a serviceable backup.

Under-Performers:
Mike White: He's a cut candidate
Jourdan Lewis: He's the 7th DB at the moment, was expecting him to be the 2nd
Kone Ealy: I really think he should be cut, well down the list IMO
Dalton Shultz: Could be the highest draft pick cut in a long time.
Out-Performers:
Jaylon Smith: Was expecting him to be good, he's been great.
Taco Charlton: Starting to put some moves together, he's shown good power.
Joe Thomas: He's done everything right
Byron Jones: Maybe the player of training camp.
Dorance Armstrong: Challenging Gallup as our best performing rookie
Michael Gallup: Our best rookie and arguably no.1 WR
Randy Gregory: 2nd best D-linemen and it's not close

I will give you a wild card. Charles Tapper. This guy is solid if he can remain healthy. Watch out in the next 2 preseason games for him. Look for him to light it up. My understanding is he will see extensive PT.

Ealy is capable of disrupting. I would not cut him. Ward has disappointed. He should be cut barring a spectacular showing last minute. Marcus Martin is a goner. Deon Thompson is a bubble guy...but I think he makes it due to the need at wr.

Hope so. I'm still quite high on him. Loved the rundown tackle last game which showed massive athleticism. So far I have the DE's ranked:
1. Lawrence
2. Gregory
3. Taco
4. Crawford
5. Armstrong

With 3-5 very close and Tapper a little ways behind.

True..but what I love about Tapper is his pure power and technique off the edge. Reminds me of Suggs. Big heavy handed thug with raw power off the edge. God help opposing teams if this dude can ever remain healthy. He has all the tools. He has to show out this weekend or I feel he will be a cut. I'm pulling for him. He was my pet cat from day 1.

White is likely for the PS unless he's lights out the next two games.
Lewis will make the team, but is definitely having a rough go
Ealy is toast
Schultz will make the 53. He's a rookie and there's no way they cut him unless he shoots up a Walgreens

and not to mention the fact we are woefully thin at TE. No way does he get cut.

I’ve been saying Lewis sucks for quite awhile now. Pretty much since the GB game he lost for us.

I'd happily trade Lewis for an equivalent TE, Safety, DT or OG/OC.

You already answered your own question. Anyone that you put "undetermined" just replace with "disappointed" and you have your answer.

Mike White has too much potential to be cut. We will carry 3 QB's this year. The kid is smart and God forbid if Dak and Rush go down, we still have a chance with White. He put up gawdy numbers at Western Ky. Started a ton of games. White reminds me of Steve Walsh..same type of frame but has a little stronger arm.
