HCG: Anyone Tried It?

Any diet where you restrict your calories to under 1000 a day is just silly. If you're serious about weight loss and you're a man, do this:

Eat 2000 to 2500 calories a day depending on how heavy you are. Lift weights 3 or 4 times a week. Get some cardio, whether walking, elliptical, riding a bike, whatever.

Voila. Long term fat loss and you won't get skinny fat with loose skin because you actually built muscle while losing the fat and did it more slowly. It's as simple as that. Most people just don't want to count calories and stop eating desserts and snacks constantly. That's what gets you.

This. Malnutrition is not a healthy diet.

This is basically what I am doing right now and have lost 30 pounds.

I said it before, I am not unhealthy, just too heavy. My heart rate and BP are on the button. My cholesterol is low. It's just being stuck in an office behind a desk for the last 10 years that has done this to me.
