Headed to the Philly game

I'm really excited to be heading to the Philly game this weekend. I've been wondering if there are some good tailgates to attend or something else that has worked out well for other fans. I've only been to one other game at the stadium and we didn't end up tailgating that one as it ended up being pretty cold ( Tampa 2016). I think we are gonna try and hang out around the stadium before the game if we can figure out a good game plan. I'd love to hear what all of you have done prior to games you've attended in the past.

I along with some friends (from the 505) literally just showed up in a rental car. Pulled out a disposable styrofoam cooler full of some brewskies and munchies we got a day earlier from a wally world and just hung out. Walked around, talked with people and had fun.

I was thinking of booking a trip to the Seahawks game, but once again my desire to spend the money and effort (I live 1300 miles from DFW) is getting sapped away. I went to a game every season for damn near 20 years, but haven't the last three.

I usually just get in the stadium ASAP and hang out on the patios. Have fun, and bring us back a win.

There's this cowboys YouTuber if you search Mark Holmes that has been trying to get a bunch of people together for a tailgate. He has quite a few people saying they are attending, he gives out his email in his videos to give info where to meet up and stuff in the parking lot. Seems like a nice guy, he just did a tailgate at the Washington game where he is originally from. Just another option if you don't find anything

To bring some brass knuckles or a gun along with you is quite possibly helpful advice.

The punks and thugs that routinely prey upon visitors there can make things exciting.

I try to take my son every year. Last year I took the whole family and we had a blast. Few things make a father smile bigger than thier 7 year old little girl cheering on the team lol.

This year I waited because I refused to buy tickets with this Zeke bull crap going on. Im pretty sure we will sit this one out.

Ive always been on the economy plan (firefighters salary) but we park off site a quarter mile or so and avoid the traffic. The funny thing is Ive always enjoyed the walk. Man its just a huge party. My wife always thought I was crazy but when we got closer to the stadium she learned crazy lol.

I honestly think youd be welcomed by most fellow Cowboy fan tail gaters, just BYOB and a smile.

Best of luck to you. It would be amazing to pull off a win and be able to boast to the Phillthy trash lol.

True, but there will still be 10 - 20 thousand awful eagles fans at the game. Last time I went to a home game against philly, there were several hundred of those nasty fans in end zone seats chanting "Dallas Sucks" for a good 10 minutes before kickoff. Thank God the Cowboys whooped their butts in that game, because that shut them all up. I don't think I would ever go to another game against the eagles, I just cannot stand their fanbase. The majority of them are truly nasty people.

I went to the dress rehearsal PS game against Balty a couple of years ago and couldn't believe how many Balty fans there were! For a PS game?? Must be transplants.
