Only way I see Witten walking away is with a superbowl ring or crutches. That said, he most likely hangs em up when Romo does.

The only thing I worry about with him is the transition. The transition from lead dog to contributor, and the accompanying change in salary. If that's handled well, I can see him remaining here for several more years, and hopefully staying with the organization in some capacity after his playing days are over. Any team would benefit from having a person like Jason Witten around.
