Griffin is a better passer and decision maker than VY and has been at each step of their respective college careers. I could see where Young could have definitely used another year of school, but I think Griffin is ready. At least more ready than VY every was. Like I said, another year won't hurt him at all, but he is ready to start his transition to the pros. He is much more than Young was off the field.

The difference is Griffen is a much brighter person than Vince Young is, and has a much better head on his shoulders. Of course that doesn't guarantee NFL success, but it certainly suggests he will be much better prepared to handle things as a rookie.
