That 89 season had Jimmy Johnson.....grabbing ball hawks, taking players from small/HBCU schools, created a top coaching staff, got his RB, got his OL, only wanted Dawgs.....and was willing to cut players that were undisciplined. Jerry still wreaking his own team since 94.

And that's the problem. we are 3 years away from being able to be competitive at a rebuild level.

you are stuck with dak for 3 years. we know dak can do better than this but this season was an enigma wrapped around a mystery of stupid.

No running game for a qb that needs help was monumentally stupid.

The cowboys won't ever win with dak. best the can hope for us surround him with enough talent to give fans the illusion winning is possible.
