No contact?
Exactly -- there wasn't any doubt but what the contact was there, whether it was intentional or not. A flag should have been thrown, imho.
No contact?
Did you see the Joe FlaccoI totally forgot about this no-call, man the refs were terrible yesterday. Led with the helmet, contacted Dak's helmet, and did it after he started his slide. I don't know how that didn't get called. A Cowboys defender gets called for that every time.
I don't know how anyone can't see that's helmet to helmet. Plus he's down on the ground.
Are you looking at the same play?No helmet to helmet contact. It looks like it hit him in the shoulder pad. But yes, that kind of play gets a flag often regardless.

There's no question this was a helmet to helmet hit where the defender led with the crown.
Since it happened with multiple officials watching the play, the mystery is why it wasn't CALLED.
Now seen from the back angle it MIGHT have looked like 'incidental contact'. Only when you see if from the front can you tell how bad the spearing was.
From behind I can't tell. From the front it is clearer. Where were the refs?
I’m asking and don’t know.No real hard there, but like the guy who hit Rodgers, he actually lowered his helmet with intent, so I think it should have been called for that reason, whether contact was made or not.

Only that one there wasn't contact.
