Let's just remember this.

Jerry traded Cooper and and a 6th round pick for a 6th round pick and a 5th round pick

The Eagles traded JJ Arcega-Whiteside and a 7th round pick for a 6th round pick

Jerry got utterly embarrassed in his trade.

I was told that the losses of players like Cooper, Gregory, Collins, etc. was the end of the world. Yet none of those players made the NFL's top 100 list. Why is that?

And why is it that Dak sucks yet he went 12-5 with those players that weren't any good on the team?

:D

You're paying attention to the wrong people.

Random thoughts about the topic.
I don't agree that Amari isn't a top 100 player.
Not being a top 100 player doesn't mean you aren't a valued contributor.
Let's play a few real games before we decide the impact of these players departure.
Cooper is not a top 10 WR. Don't see how he would make the top 100 list.

Don't listen to anyone you wouldn't seek out for advice. Those players had or were about to get bloated salaries and were seriously underachieving those paychecks. Anyone that watched the games could see it.
Thank gawd Den stupided us out of signing Ganjory. That would've been yet another contract we would've regretted very soon after it was signed.

Certainly a lot of new receiving talent has entered the league in recent years but I can still make an argument that he is a top 100 talent. I certainly see no basis for ranking DJ Moore in the top 100 while leaving Coop out. Yes, he had a better yardage but half the touchdowns. Deiontae Johnson? Are you kidding me? Force fed on a horrible team.

Plus, there are some players listed in the top 100 that shouldn't be such as Chase Young. Didn't play well or enough last year. Is Marcus Williams better at his job than Coop is at his? No.

Coop has put up good production his entire career and defenses roll coverage to him because he's a #1. Some of your other receivers who put up good #'s benefit from not being #1's or because they are force fed the ball.

DJ Moore is a stud. Counting TD's is a poor way to rate a player. Way too much depends on scheme and the players around you. Irvin, for instance, had a low TD number. And he's a top 10 all time WR.

DJ Moore is an above average player. In fact, I remember watching him last year & thinking he had developed nicely. Does he in anyway dictate how I game plan? No, don't think so. I can't say a player is top 100 WR if I don't believe he draws game planning from the opposition. Amari does.

Agreed. I was just giving a full comparison of yards & touchdowns between the players. Why I pointed out that DJ & Deionta both had inflated numbers due to their team situation last year.
