I'm still convinced that this is all a result of Parcells screwing with his throwing motion and destroying his confidence. Even Brad Childress couldn't help him after what Parcells did to that fella.

We're gonna be pretty sorry when he catches on with the Shreveport Battle Wings and sets Shreveport on fire.

Well, there goes his golden opportunity to finally stick it to the Dallas Cowboys when they face the Vikings this Thursday. Too bad, to be sure. I was really looking forward to watching him square off against us late in the 3rd or the start of the 4th quarter of our final preseason game. It's the human element of these "feelgood" stories that helps keep me from droning off right after the scrubs start playing.

I don't care what anyone else says about Parcells ruining him, he sucks, etc. That's all just fodder of a tired war that started before he ever got here.

I liked this kid, and it was worth the risk to see if he could reach his potential as a QB.

He couldn't. There's no one to blame but himself. No fingers to point at anyone else.

He said the right things. He did the right things, but to quote Parcells, "something's missing."

Too bad.
