Henson's next stop? Canada...where I heard that all Americans wish they were a Canadian!

:lmao: :lmao2: :laugh2:

He should play for Toronto... I heard they're *North* America's Team.

He played briefly for the Vikings 2 weeks ago, when all 4 of their QBs had problems. One Henson pass into the corner of the endzone should have been caught for a TD. It's difficult for me to imagine Brooks Bollinger playing ahead of him, though Viking fans seemed to be equivocating between Jackson and Bollinger. Tyler Thigpen can run, and possibly can pass.

I'd just like to see Henson play once, to see for myself what's wrong with him.
Detroit's starter has back spasms, their backup is hurt, and their starter Saturday night was another NFL Europe trrainee.
Henson should go to Detroit.
Then his journey to the Dark Side will be complete.

When you get beaten out of a 3rd string competition by a rookie 7th round pick from Coastal Carolina, it might be time to call it a day.

And whats wrong with Coastal Carolina?:D

He could still land a backup job for an NFL team, or play for a CFL team, or even start in an Arena league of some sort and still end up making more money with his comparitively lackluster QB skills than most of us do in a year.

Henson > Most Of The Rest Of Us Suckers.

He's flying to the bank from Vikings HQ in his ROFLcopter.

He grew up in the Detroit area, seriously.

I thought he had a little something. Does not surprise me that he did not make it...most do not, but I am surprised that he was unable to at least earn the right to get some playing time.

I would have thought he would be at least that good. Oh well.

Yep, I thought so too. But when I saw him last game, with Vikings, Troy Aikman pointed out his throwing motion etc.

At that point, it really seemed like Drew has reached end of his career. I always thought he made a big mistake going and playing Baseball. It screwed his mechanics and has never been the same.

But he is the only reason to blame for his downfall. I think its over for me. Minnosota QBs are pathetic, and if he gets released from there, he doesn't have any future in NFL.

I don't understand why some people are ridiculing the guy. He tried his best and said all the right things. He just couldn't make it, but it's not like he was an arrogant prick who wore out his welcome.

Up to him to feel what he wishes` Hopefully he will feel happy to be here and get his feelings of self worth at least somewhat apart from the league` Where he goes from here is up to him and I wish him the very best in whatever he chooses`
