You know it is going to be a funny sight seeing all these EIH's coming in here supporting Mike Vick when Jerry trys to sign him in a couple of years.

Every excuse will be made for him then when people think he can help the team in some way.

Somehow it is OK to condemn someone for dogfighting but somehow not OK to be down on someone who, is absolutely stupid (Strip club the night before meeting with Goodell, bringing 60K in cash to a strip club), involved in crippling someone, uses drugs, treats women like Pacman does.

Somehow you are self-righteous if you do that.

It is not a broad assumption for this case and the Dallas Cowboys. It may not appply to how they live their life but it does apply to how they view their Cowboys and their acquisition of Pacman.

If you support it, then that is the message you are conveying about everything else too, whether you think you are or not.

We have already talked about giving someone a second chance, that really is not the issue here. Does he deserve a second chance, that is really not for us to decide.

FWIW, I am very proud of the fact that our team takes in troubled players and makes them better people as well as players. TO has been great, Tank is fitting in well from all accounts. In the past there has been Haley and Spellman.

Now I definitely believe that Jones has a mental disorder. There are several causes for the anger issues that by the accounts he appears to have but there are ways to handle them. The guy needs help and the fact that were the club that is equipped to provide that help is a good thing.

I do not believe for a second that jerry is bringing this guy in with the idea that he doesnt care what kind of human he is or what he can be.

I believe it would greatly improve the "team image" if we can bring in someone like Jones and rehabilitate him. Also, doesn't this give our team the image that we can take in problem players and change them. Right now, I'm proud of our team image.
