Then an author (about psychiatric disorders)
Now this?

The guy has become a danger to himself.

If you want to stay in the spotlight, pls. Herschell, become a greeter at a casino. It won't be as dangerous to your mental or physical health.

Machida does Karate. Real Karate, not the watered-down version they have in the U.S.

Tae Kwon Do is Korean Karate... Also see John "Bones" Jones for another Tae Kwon Do goes mma guy. I agree though, it isn't easily translated, it requires superior athleticism.

I'm a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and know that it won't translate easily. There are a few that have done it. All I'm saying is, he's a superior athlete that has, at least, some background in martial arts. Who knows? He's proven people wrong his whole life.
