No

Miles is not even close to Owens past level yet.

Physically ...... Miles is better than Owens right now.

Miles is still learning the game.

But the sky is the limit as far as the kids potential.

And I am embarrassed for thinking he was just another guy ..... thank God the coaches who see more than we ever could do not listen to idiot fans.

yea physically....and Athletic/talent wise...Miles is better than TO ever was..TO could never really adjust all that well, and cant jump or fight for the ball....and Miles is physically faster than TO ever was

As far as being football smarts? TO has him there..which is the only reason TO has an edge on him....that you can teach/learn...you cant teach physical gifts tho

Unfortunately, the moment the Cowboys released Terrell Owens, this season was going to be about Terrell Owens.

If we have a successful Season, it is because we got rid of the Cancer.

If we don't have a successful Season, it is because we got rid of a Playmaker.

only the mentally weak will fall into that hole.

buffalo can worry about t.o., i am worried about the guys we have on the roster.

If this is referring to Skip's comments on First Take, then he did indeed say that Miles was better than T.O. "Right Now", not better than T.O. ever was.

^^^This. I've made it known that I didn't like the way T.O. was scapegoated and jettisoned this off-season. I'm over it.............by a long shot.

With that being said, the premise that Miles Austins short, two game stint somehow outshines Owens HOF career is absurd. Miles is playing better than Owens, right now, no doubt. Austin also happens to be playing with a team that actually has an O-line. Anyone who thinks Austin (or anyone else for that matter) would be lighting things up in Buffalo is kidding themselves.

You'd be surprised. *paging zrinkill*

Austin is definitely faster and has better hands than TO ever did but the sheer strength and production would be hard to match, we'll see.

I disagree, Austin has been the fastest Cowboy since 2006 but he's not been a complete player until now, he had hands issues his first two years. Showed flashes last year and has earned a starting spot this year.

That being said he's more comparable to a really fast Don Beebe or Ed McCafferty than a Terrell Owens.

Anyone who thinks..the catches and plays that Austin has made...in 2 games, that owens would have done the same is kidding them selves

that jump ball vs KC....with Owens would be a pick..demoralize Romo...the slant, and comeback route that Austin took to the house, everyone knows owens has weak hands and does not like to draped on, well Austin was, therefore Owens would drop those or atleast get knocked down

the sideline catches...again...owens has weak concentration, and hands...so while hes focusing on dragging his feet..he would drop the ball

Romo never trusted Owens like the way he does Austin, because once owens sees a bad pass he gives up...Austin Fights

So because Austin made plays Owens can't make means hes better/faster? I doubt Randy Moss scores on that td Miles caught against Tampa. What is your point? Owens does PLENTY of things Miles Austin can't. Rewatch his touchdown against the Bengals before you start running your mouth.

I'm not fan of TO but let’s not get carried away just yet, Miles is just now getting a chance and looks good but TO has been doing it for years. Miles next test will be how he does as team put more of a focus on him. I think Miles can do it and I love his attitude not many WR in the NFL are mild manner level headed guys it is refreshing to see a guy like Miles coming into his own.

thats not my argument....he said Miles wouldn't lit it up in Buffalo...i said Owens wouldnt have won those 2 games for us, that Austin has won, in fact he would be a downfall this season

i like Owens...i believe hes better because hes a smarter player and has exp...talent wise? he cant touch Austin, ever...once Austin matures More, he will be better

how bout you get off the couch, and play the sport before talking? rewatch the bengals TD? ok Rewatch Austins Jump ball vs KC, see how dumb that is?...hes done something Owens has never done in his carrer go high up, and fight for the ball.

so your statement is weak..dude is scared to leave his feet:lmao:

sure he can burn you occassionally and out run a double team, time 2 time...but what happens when you are covered? and have to jump? and fight for the ball? he cant do it...lol

pull up a video if you can...of Owens going high up....and snatching a ball from a defender at least more than once...I'm waiting

even on jump balls/fades in the endzone(if your a fan you saw the games), the guy could barely win, and never snagged the ball at its highest point

:lmao:

Skip Bayliss knows his ishhhh

if you look in the past i been told yall he could be better than TO, the only thing TO has is exp, and smarts, he knows how to set a corner up....but he cant jump, or fight for the ball, or catch too well

all things Miles has over him, and hes faster and runs better routes....be real with yourself especially the TO lovers, that pass Tony threw to Miles, were he had to go up n make a play vs KC, if it were TO, thats a pick

we were way better off with TO, Miles and Miles better off with out TO(like skip said):D

TO wants his junk back.... from out of your mouth :lmao:
