Hey Dallas fans

50/50 chance really.

We should've put the game away early.

Stopping Rodgers at GB with the season on the line would be tough.

Imagine..... If Dallas and GB square off again in GB? How epic would that be?

Really you guys played us tougher than Seattle did. I know we lost to Seattle but we kicked the crap out of them for 55 minutes and lost the game in the last 5. Dallas beat us up until midway through the 4th quarter.

IMO...it was a game for the ages...it will never be solved! lol

A rival? Not this Cowboy fan. Your team is just another team on the list the next time the Cowboys play.

Hate is such a bad word! lol

Dude! Our teams are on the same side! Just pay us Cowboy fans back by beating up our rivals! Green Bay represents the AFC. Dallas represents NFC. You scratch our back we will scratch your too.

It was still a catch. Take care and be careful. I hope Rodger's leg is doing fine.

Green Bay is very much an NFC team, for what it's worth

I think it's very likely Rodgers scores on the next possession. There'd have been an outside chance we could have fielded another drive with whatever was left on the clock after that. Basically, I'd have liked your chances better than ours if we'd punched it in.

I don't hate GB because it's an organization that just does things right. Plus, Rodgers is the best in the business and seems like a cool dude, so he's hard not to like. Generally speaking, we're Cowboys fans, and we're arrogant by nature. I feel like we should field a playoff quality defense and then we shouldn't really have to worry about anybody in the postseason. If there's a team I don't like playing in the playoffs, it's the Giants, because they have a history of nipping better teams and they have a history of beating us when it counts.

Defense was understandably deflated after that BS call. If we were leading the Packers, they would have been jacked up and ready to shut them down. Not saying the score should have an impact on how the defense plays, but that's just how football works

"BS call" or not, "just how football works", "if we were leading". We were leading by 13 points at a point in that game. GB adjusted and we couldn't do nothing. Just as you are confident our defense would have stopped them, I'm even more confident they would not have. Even Stephen Jones agrees with me.

One of the things I really liked about the NFC playoffs last year was the way the evil eye got passed around. DET had it when they picked up the non-interference flag on Dallas, and then with the back to back strip-fumbles to end the game. Then Dallas got it with the we-don't-understand-what-indisputable-means-in-the-replay-booth pass to Dez, then GB got the ouch-that-hit-my-face turnover at the end of their game v. SEA, and SEA finished it off with their why-should-we-run-it? play (which is the worst call I ever remember seeing in playoff history, by the way). That stinky just rolled all the way down the hill. It sucked when it was our turn in the barrel, but was kind of fun the way it all played out, in the end.

Except the freaking cheating Patriots were the beneficiaries of all that karma. That doesn't seem right, does it?

The 95 NFC championship game hurt alot cause we were leading that one with 7 minutes to go 27-24. Dallas was tough back then but they were just as good last year.

Rodgers has lousy stats as regards 4th quarter comebacks but since we could not get any pressure on him at all odds are GB would have driven the field on us and scored with 1 second left.

I knew when Shurmur's head hit the ground that we were going to win that game. But it was a good game, nonetheless.

I don't think the catch or no catch had as much to do with whether or not we would have won that game as the Demarco fumble did. He breaks away on that and the game is firmly in our hands. I don't think he would have scored, but it would have been a huge gain.

It was 10-10 at halftime in that game too.

How did you feel the next week with all of the TO's by Seattle and up 16-0 I think?? But you couldn't score TD's and then losing on that dramatic 2 point conversion, etc.

Had we beat you guys and been there and Seattle creats all those TO's I think we might beaten them by 30.

Yes, I think if the catch holds up we do win. But Murray's fumble and Bailey's missed FG had more to do with the loss than the catch.

I do consider GB a rival at this point, but not in the usual way you'd think of a "rival" NFL team. I don't hate them like all the NFCE teams. I like the Packers and respect them. I consider them a "rival" this year because I think either GB or Dallas will win the NFC.

I still remember we lost to the 0-10 Colts in 1997 the week before because we looked ahead to you guys. The starter for the Colts probably only threw for 5 tds in his career and 3 came against us. Paul Justin was his name.

Fork 'em, Devils.

The Murray fumble was a killer. As was the non-recovery of the fumble by Hanna. The game should've been firmly in our control.

Frankly, I'm still more upset about the replay that gifted you all a FG at the end of the first half. That ball clearly bounced off the turf. I told my friends watching the game that every close call would go against us due to what had happened against Detroit the previous week.

IIRC, the Pack kicked a FG after recovering Murray's fumble...a potential 6-10 point swing minus the aforementioned FG by GB. Murray had a shot to score, or at least get them in FG range.

Also, the Boys simply couldn't get to/stop Rodgers in the 2nd half. He carved them up.

The Dez ruling was beyond disappointing...but the game certainly wasn't. Really, there's no guarantee that the Boys win if the Dez catch had counted, as again, they simply couldn't stop Rodgers. Hopefully the additions of Hardy, Gregory, etc. help with that.

You guys are a very similar team to the Pack IMO. A mirror image and both successful franchises.

Who cares at this point. You guys lost next week to Seattle with an historical choke. Neither team made it to the Super Bowl.

It's now August and training camp is in full effect for the 2015 season. That has been beaten to death too many times.

IMO 3 big things happened.

1) Bryant's catch/non catch.
2) Murray's fumble
3) Cobb's catch before the half which gave GB a fg. I can't believe they gave him that.

We would have rolled Seattle again in Seattle...
