They tout every move with the "if Gibbs/Williams like him, then he must be good" line. Of course, it makes you wonder why they say that when they have free agent busts like Patten and Walt Harris.

I liked Clemons too, but i didnt think he was a star or anything. Clemons had been mostly used as a 3rd LB rushing the passer from the DE spot. This year it seems like we were trying to move him to the SLB position behind M. Washington, but because of the injury he suffered in the preseason game the Commanders decided to release him. Im guessing the team wanted to look at other players (jeff posey) while clemons heals. I just dont think it was worth putting him on IR.

for the most part we were saying its a pretty even trade. One player who hasnt done anything for his team for another. Just because you might of read a few posts of fans being optimistic about Rumph(prob. cuz hes from the U) doesnt mean we all feel the same way.
