problem is last night they looked like I think we all thought they would look like. 6-2 and they will end up 8-8 and I truly believe that, this D is that bad

And so did Dallas against all those teams above.

Regroup, get ready for AZ, and start the streak over.

I'm afraid AZ going to do the same thing to this team, and Romo is going to be in pain the rest of the year

Great thread
As bad as the game was, it was one game against a DC who had always had our number . This team and coaching staff has done well enough for us to be more patient . Now if they do the same against AZ and Philly then we have a problem.

all of those other teams u mentioned were championship teams with a lot better players and coaches I don't think this team is capable of doing what those teams did.

I knew the game was going to be difficult because Washington always plays us tough. Really the whole NFC East plays us tough.

As long as Jason makes adjustments for the next game I'm content. This is still a long season.

I don't know that this is a championship team, but this game doesn't disprove anything.

If you thought Dallas was going to win easily you just don't follow the history of this division. Washington vs Dallas is a true throw the records out game. Recently it's been a slug fest. I think Haslett is in Romo's head a little bit. I's have liked Dallas to have run on 2nd or 3rd down in OT. You knew you were going for it on 4th. This is not a Harbinger of doom. If our offense doesn't play well our defense can be exposed.

You've been a debbie downer in every single thread I've seen you in. Jeez man, where you crying this much when we were winning? It's a down game, we were sloppy, out coached and outplayed against a division rival. It's a bump in the road. We will make the appropriate changes and bounce back against Arizona. Haslett always has our number, and the Skins ALWAYS show up to play as hard as they can against us. It's the biggest game of the year for them. This team is better than the team that showed up last night.

Pittsburgh lost to Tampa this year
New Orleans wiped the floor with Green Bay this weekend
Big Ben went bananas on Indy this weekend

Good teams lose to lesser (on paper) teams all the time. It's any given Sunday for a reason. We'll bounce back. Biggest loss of this game is Jason Durant. That hurts...bad.

This season has plenty of time to establish this team as legit. Or not.

I was pretty angry last night, but have made peace with this loss. I also believe Linehan will regroup and he and Callahan will find an answer to that blitz package.

Nothing has changed since Sunday but one loss. All teams are exposed. Luck just showed his arse Sunday.

Is there a possibility this team is all hat and no cattle? Sure. And it stands to reason after the last few years to slip into that belief.

But that offensive line is the real deal, and they were not going undefeated.

Chillax.

It simply means this team is not elite. Throw away all the talk of our 90's OL.

Time to settle down and get back to basics. We thought we could come in and roll all over the Skins. Our display of ineptitude was pathetic. It just shows that our team's not ready for the next level. We came back to earth. Time to get our butts in gear. We have lots of work to do.

I was sick of all the coverage we were receiving about how great we are. Oh brother. I wanted to throw up. I knew there was no way we could have lived up to the hype.

I don't think it shows we are not ready it just shows we played a poor game yesterday. If a loss like that means your not ready well then I guess Denver will be playing Denver in the SB. Everyone has had games like that. It is the NFL games like this will happen how a team bounces back or falls will tell a lot more than the single game.

Yeah, there's plenty of time to establish yourself legit but for right now you lost to a bad team with a garbage QB at home with a chance to go up a game in the division.

I'm not about to shrug my shoulders about that. That was pathetic.

I agree it was so now what? Dallas has lost in these situation vs poor teams even in SB years and only reason people are posting this is because of the hysteria today as if the season is now over. My god we lost a game may as well pack it in. I fully agree the loss is unacceptable but it happened and this team better regroup and get their heads on right because Arz is coming and playing very well.

Well we didn't know those teams were championship teams at those certain points either. Especially 92. I wasn't around in 71 or 77 but those were similar cases to 92. There was no championship DNA with either of those teams.
