In 6 games, Drew has had a 90+ rating in 5 of them.

In the one sub-90 game, he had a Hail Mary Interception and a TD called back due to a penalty. Take those two plays out and his rating for that game would be 102.

Today he had another TD taken back from a penalty, and as someone pointed out, if he had 1 more second Terry would have had a TD. Take those two plays out and he'd have 3 TDs 0 INT and a rating of 140+.

Take all four back of those plays back (over the two games) and his rating on the season would be around 113!

We should have put up at least 30 on these jokers today. We have 100 turnovers multiple penalties in crucial spots, and we still eek out a win. Which, by the way, was the same score as the game in the meadowlands in '93.

One of which wasn't even his fault according to Aikman.

Aikman, a former QB, is always going to blame the center on poor exchanges. Do we know if Johnson short-snapped him or if he pulled out early? No and we never will.

This game was classic Bledsoe. Tons of yards, few points. Thank God the defense shut the other team down.

Bledsoe shoved it down the field when it counted.

He's winning with no running game - impressive

If we didn't have 2 missed FGs they'd have 22 points. If they didn't let the pocket collapse so Drew was hit as he was throwing he likely would have had a TD to Glenn. 29 points. If not for the penalty, Drew had another TD. 36 points. Witten went out of bounds or it would be 39 points (they got a FG). Classic Bledsoe.

He's on a pace for 4400 yards, 30 TDs.

Bingo - we sit 4-2

And Drew is on pace to shatter some Dallas records at this pace....

Drew did the same thing in his first 8 games in Buffalo in his first year there, then after that totally blew ***.

I thought the New yORK/bILLS fans here gave up on this - well the SMARTER ones went silent. Evenin Miki

Was that the 3-13 team Bledsoe took over? Thought so. Was that the season he made All Pro and threw for 4,500 yards. Yes that was. Believe they were 7-9.

No, the team blew. 2 Travis Henry fumbles and 2 kickoff returns for TDs cost the Bills 3 games. Bledsoe had 4359 yards and set 10 Bills records that year AND went to the Pro Bowl carrying an 86 QB rating for the year.

Bills fans like you love that claim but the facts don't bear it out.You don't know what you are talking about.

First 8 games Bledsoe had 16 TD passes and 5 INT's, last 8 he had 8 TD's and 10 INT's, including 4 INT's in a crucial loss to the Patriots.

People like to pretend Drew is a 1st half QB.

First of all, when you play in the cold weather like New England and Buffalo, the 2nd half of the season features about 6 games where the temperature is below freezing. You simply can't have the same gaudy numbers when it's snowing.

In 1993 Drew won his final 4 games.
In 1994 Drew won his final 7 games.
In 1996 Drew won 11 of his last 14 games.
In 1998 Drew won his last 2 games.
In 2004 Drew won 6 of his last 7 games.

Only in 1999 and 2002 did Drew have a worse 2nd half.

Perhaps you could respond to the other numbers in the message and also note that when hecame to the Bills when they were 3-13 and took them to 8-8. Any poster on this board would take a 5 game improvement of last years record. That would make us 11-5.
By the way since you're a Bills fan here to bust on Bledsoe you might also note that the defense absolutely **** the bed all year, not just the second half.

Keep hoping for a Bledsoe melddown. JP Losman still sucks.

After Drew's big first half in 2002, over his next 10 games (going into 2003) he had 11 TDs and 2400 yards, that's 240 yards per game, a pace for 3840 in a season. That doesn't exactly blow.

Did anyone catch the tv angles from behind QB?

How freakin crazy it must be to have to be a NFL qb UNDER PRESSURE! Some of the reads and 30 yard throws were crazy and Drew is hitting in near 65% today....

But Aikman gave a pretty good explanation. He said Johnson was worried about blocking his man and short-armed the ball. I would assume Aikman knows more about the problem as a quarterback.

The only reasons the quarterback would lose the ball on his own would be
1. a wet ball, which wasn't the case or
2. the center not following through on his snapping motion.

Considering the fact that Bledsoe didn't have problems with any other snaps, I would believe Aikman in this instance.
