Hoffman gesturing the Commander's defensive line is too small

Yeah they were 10 point favorites and beat a team that is allergic to the end zone and started Lance.

My brother-in-law is a Commanders fan. He called after the game and said he felt sorry for us. That hurt worse than the Cowboys losing.
The Cowboys have become "Jerry's kids". And I don't mean Jerry Jones, I mean Jerry Lewis!! When will we have a telethon?

I listed the reasons
The biggest is that he is not a 4-3 DE, hes a LB who would be much better in a 3-4
He wants to be paid as a DE which he is not
You chose to address only one because all the others are indefensible

I wanted us to draft him when others here wanted more CBs.

But here is the fact. You cannot build a SB champion when your highest paid players are an above average QB, a good CB who cant tackle, a great WR and soon to be a LB paid at elite DE level

We are a team that prioritizes glitz and splash over substance and fans who don’t understand fall for it

I have consistently voiced my opinion against anything that i believe goes against building a SB roster

It is not “hate” or “personal” it is just how i feel a team should be built
With all due respect, what does any of this have to do with him having a podcast?

Does Hoffman also have a podcast, make idiotic comments on a daily basis, tap out of important plays, get run on by other teams and disappear in December and January?

Yeah, thought so
he does have a podcast actually. we don't know if he makes idiotic comments because no one cares to put a mic in front of him on the daily. and you can't disappear if you don't appear first.

Is that what that gesture meant? Looking at that one play, the Cowboys OL did a nice job. Asim Richards kept Payne out of the play and the rest of the OL pushed the DL out of the way. The one thing I did not like is Schoonmaker's block on the DE. This is something he needs to improve. Seems like a few guys on the Cowboys are either too weak or they do not know how to use leverage to block. It seems to me none of the Cowboys TEs are solid blockers.
Schoon was supposed to be a really good blocker but he has not been all that

Up until this season Parsons faded when it mattered.
Probably the only reason it did not happen this year was he got a number of games off
He acts like an idiot in his podcast and elsewhere
so far he has not backed up his talk when it matters so yes its quite fitting to rake him over the coals

Yep....if you want attention, have the podcast. It may not go exactly as planned. :)

I'm pretty sure can you give me the that's a linebacker or a safety so I wouldn't be going that far but I do like Hoffman's attitude I think we'll be fine with him at right guard next year.... Hopefully he doesn't drop off I know he's up for a new contract and we have problems with those post deals production, right?

Why does it bother people that he has a podcast? If you don't like it, don't listen...or watch...whatever.

He's the best player on the team, no disrespect to CeeDee. If not for Micah, we might be getting the first pick in the draft...which isn't reason enough to dislike the man.

He loves playing, loves being a Cowboy, and for now, seems to be willing to work with the team to allow more money to go to other players.
I don't get it either. It's the 2020s. Everybody has a podcast. I'm sure there is a Runwildboys podcast somewhere on YouTube.

have you ever listened to his podcast? just curious.
Not in entirety. Just snippets.

I just don't really care.

And that has ZERO to do with anything I said. Dont care if he's the pope or mother Teresa. You're gonna net various attentions.Human nature. Take the good with bad he doesn't need defended.

Otherwise lay low.

Hopefully this is clear and I have answered your REAL question. :)

Nothing wrong with having a podcast. But take the praise and criticism along with the fame and checks.
Human nature. All celebrities do. The bigger the celebrity the more you take. Rogan has a ton of fans and some critics too. He don't care.

Absolutely nothing. It's pile-on bitter for the sake of bitter from someone who's bitter. We know fans hate players because they get paid but now fans get out the anticipatory hate when they know a player's going to get paid.

my REAL question was if you've ever listened to his podcast. I haven't. I won't. And I'm just curious if posters actually do.

The Commanders aren't going to win anything.

Some just like to find "faults" and run with it. Uh oh, someone tweeted what Parsons said on his podcast? Team lost last week? Why isn't he training all night??

Yea, he says some stuff too candidly, but it's not like he's showing up on gameday. We know he isn't a great run stopper, but for 3 years he was crafted by Quinn to rush the passer first.
Hell, I'm no super fan of Parsons but I feel some go over the edge on ripping certain players.

He doesn't even have a big contract and for years some try to make boogeymen out of nothing.

Oh and Hoffman does have a podcast too lol. Maybe it's just an offseason thing but yea more players are trying it out.
Oh, wait till he signs a 30 million or more contract And doesn’t get a sack in a game.

Yeah, thought so
1 is on his way to the hall of fame, the other is a borderline talent to be a marginal talent

And if you don’t think Micah has a huge impact on every game you must not watch football. You just look at the box score and think “welp no sack, he stinks”

that on the the fan base,

that's not how his own peers and how the league views this guy, doesn't matter if he finally earned a big payday, as long as he's still top five in pressures and sacks what does it matter? I mean I don't get why people think a guy gets paid and all of a sudden he's supposed to be better than he used to be?

no we just hoping that he's not worse like right now for example lamb finally we had a guy get paid and even though he got injured he still put up a great season no one can say that every player on the Dallas Cowboys should get lazy and tail off or they get injured on purpose I mean these guys get injured yeah it happens but I think this is a ridiculous expectation by the fan base that think when a player gets paid he's always supposed to be Superman and he became better all of a sudden.

no, they earn this money they got paid and you just got to hope that they stay at least close to their old selves for few years...

Actually I do see Micah disappear in games. Everyone has. So claiming otherwise is dumb.
