About to board our flight to come out to Dallas. One of my former softball players is getting married and we are coming out for Saturday wedding. Sunday, her husband to be is a huge Cowboys fan, so we will get in a quick tailgate and then off to the game.

This is first time in a while its just me and the wife. Cant wait to visit my favorite place once again.... and yes, give Jerry some of my money.
what are you staying at and also where you hanging out in before/after the game?

Tonight we are at the westin in downtown Dallas. Tomorrow we check in to the courtyard Marriott entertainment district...500 yards from stadium. Our friends that are getting married are tailgating tomorrow...I think they have a spot in parking lot prior to game. Well only have 60 to 90 minutes max. I despise these early games.

We should limit who has the ability to have them and where they can be taken.

We don’t allow them at a football game.

That’s because they are a direct danger. I don’t think beer is and I don’t think that standard should apply. And it doesn’t.

I’d say most agree with that and that the stadium security handle bad actors regardless of what, if any, substance they choose put in their body.

As @Reid1boys said they do have the texting thing and I’d say that’s a good measure that likely works.

Yes, it does make a difference . Probably don’t have to deal with as much as I used to at games .

The fact they even had to implement the texting thing illustrates how much of a problem it’s become .

Heck no those beat up looking mom and pop places usually have some of the best food. Is it west or east of collins? My sister came in for the game gonna see if she wants to try it out. Anytime she comes she always wants Fatburger or Burger Box on Cooper. I've never had Culver's either but don't feel like driving to Flower Mound

CowboysZone ULTIMATE Fan
Fighting for second place behind Culvers

Ate at a Culver’s in Ohio back in August. It was pretty good.
Closest to me in DFW about 30 minutes away. Brahms is pretty good. About the same thing, 5 minutes away as is Whataburger. Whataburger is ok, not the best IMO. Though their spicy chicken is better than Chick-fil-A
For a cheeseburger Brahms far better than whataburger.

I’m gonna drop some bucks for this game, and guess how much of my money jerry actually gets? Zero. I bought tickets online... not from jerry. We park at hotel and walk, no money for jerry. I drink before games, no money for jerry, I don’t buy stadium food, no money for jerry.
I’m gonna have a great time,
I’m gonna drop probably 1200 bucks on this trip and I won’t even notice. That makes me a sucker? Have fun at home drinking your mister breau... but hey, you saved some money.
Hope you have a great time man! And it shouldn't matter to anyone else whether any money went to Jerry or not. It doesn't matter who the money goes to, it goes to having a good time!
