I knew the difference between the cost of 5 and 6 so it was the first chance that was realistic.

I personally would have preferred
1) keep the two picks and get 2 players
2) get a passrusher

But if he's a shutdown guy...well that's something.

I just have to say, I beat Sdogo by 4 minutes on the trade, and 1 minute on the pick and trade details, all with speculation.

I'm kind of a big deal. Ha!!!

wealth of CBs for the first time ever. We have 3 starters and Scandrick- probably the best 4th CB in the NFL.

...........hope they can cover up to ten seconds per pass attempt when Eli, Vick and RG3 drop back because that's what it will be.....this is just like the Dez Bryant pick: everyone will rant and rave but in the end: the trenches are ignored again: stupid. :bang2: :bang2: (PS; don't tell me "the whole draft if still left".....we don't have a second rounder now: will there be difference makers at safety or dline from the third round on? I'm not so sure about it. I know he's an excellent player, but I hate passing up a top-50 player.

Like Norm said, we just used a first and a second to replace an outgoing first (Jenkins)...

I like Claiborne, I hate that we lost our 2nd. High price to pay for a guy that doesn't rush the passer, IMO.

Jenkins has been a critical part of the worst secondary in the NFL the last two years combined. He was the worst all around CB in the NFL in 2010. They won't get more than 6th round pick for him.
