Funny that the coordinators are brought up for Carolina. In Charlotte, every week the masses call for the D coordinators head for not being agressive enough, and they hate Dan Henning for being too conservative. I went to the Panthers/Jets game this past week, and it was 10-3 about midway through the 3rd quarter, and if the Jets weren't playing with an Arena league QB it would have been 10-10 heading in to the 4th. The Jets showed the blueprint to slowing Carolina down. They played Steve Smith at the line and had a safety over the top. Carolina can't run the ball between the 20's right now. Their D is solid. However, they did let the Jets run the ball on them. Very good CB play right now, but, like us, Mike Minter has trouble if he has to cover downield at the safety position. Christmas Eve here will be a great game. I just hope that we finally beat Carolina in Charlotte so I don't have to hear about it on the local talk radio shows.

I understand the TEAM has to approach every team as a threat, and the TEAM has to play them one game at a time. However we, the fans, have the luxury of saying "what if" because the fans' "looking ahead" has no bearing on the outcome of a game. Some posters sound like they are lining up and playing on Sunday.
