Dallas is poor at drafting defense. I would rather they use the extra resources to trade for proven players to help over the next few seasons. Use FA to fill in the holes then draft BPA for the most part. This defense can’t be fixed by the draft alone next year, especially with low end picks.

Last 4 to 5 years of draft picks have put the team in this position. Can't keep missing on 1st and 2nd rd picks. Guyton, Sam Williams, Kneeling, Mazi, Spoonmaker, Kelvin Joseph.

These are 6 out 10 players drafted in 1st and 2nd rd in last 5 years. Franchise killer.

Not only are these players busts, but we have to look at the coaching they're receiving. Too many times this year we've watched other teams play players low on their depth charts who look like ALL PRO players against us and when we play players low on our depth charts they appear to be overwhelmed, unprepared compete at this level. Why????????? The GM and his coaching staff are getting spanked at this level. Heck, I believe this team would struggle against Ohio St if they played in Ohio.......................... That's how sad, and lousy this organization has become!

Dallas has drafted A on offense. Total F- on defense. Micah was a gift to them. He wasn't even in their eyes until he was. Will-Stephen and the ghoul are horrible defensive talent seeing guys.

You can't trade for proven players if you don't have CAP SPACE. The only way to fix this miserable organization is to hire a real GM, and give him free rien to make important coach and player decisions.

Dallas can have all the cap space they need. Like you said, it would need to be done by a competent GM, Jerry and spawn don’t know how.

Kneeland has been warm doo doo. So bad. I am so disappointed in him. Arguably worse than Sam Williams, which is saying something.

I think possibly the loss of Tom Ciskowski was a bigger impact then we thought. Our drafts got worse after he left.

Guyton has graded out as one of the worst tackles in the NFL. PFF has ranked 67th out of 75 tackles in the league.

Beebe is graded as one of the worst centers. The offensive line is the best part of our team and is the reason why the offense has improved.

The best part of our team is our WR core not this OL. Pickens is making circus catches all over the field. The one thing this OL has done well is run block. So, that helps the play action which buys Dak time. This offense is about Dak and the most prolific WR core in the league. We have morphed into Matt Millen's Detroit lions.

Thank the GM. Guyton is much better and keeps improving. Just needs to stay healthy. Kneeland is the same. Just injured too much. No clue what Williams is doing. All the tools but it isn't showing up on Sundays.

This is just not so. We drafted Micah and had our eyes on Surtain who got scooped up right before we picked. So we recognize defensive talent. Future first round picks are the gold currency in the NFL. You only trade them when you need that one guy to get your team to a Super Bowl. This team needs to rebuild the whole defense. We have the cap space and the draft picks. That's a great start. Now we need to pick the right the players.

The offensive line is cheaper and will be together barring injury for at least the next two seasons. Pickens is probably going to ask for more money than CeeDee. There is no way the Cowboys will pay him that money even if Jerry wanted too.
