Word is leaking out that CLE has committed to draft Garrett at #1 and thereby exhibit some common sense.

My guess is they have some arrangements lined up with some teams for Mitchy if he's available ahead of #12.

Even Cleveland is not dumb enough to pass on an elite pass rush prospect
They have the ammo to have 1and 2 if they think Mitchy is worth it
I'm not sold on mitchy being worth a top 15 pick but what do I know
