Could they beat us? Sure, with Jerry and Cap Boy as our FO heir, we might never beat them again, but nobody cares about the Texans outside of Houston and maybe a handful of fans in Tyler, TX.

Regardless of my doubts about the Cowboys, the Texans aren't in the same stratosphere. Winning a game next season will barely move the needle because the Texans still blow

The OP is right. Stroud is the next superstar QB, and it's going to cost Jerry plenty of fans in this state.

Of course, the Cowboys will still be ahead on the Forbes list, which is what really matters to Jerry.

From just a football perspective, sure. One team has a young, innovative coach and a stud young QB. The Texans have a brighter outlook for sure while the Cowboys continue to feed us the same recycled product year after year.
