Doubt he’ll be benched for good regardless how bad he plays. Lance is worse which is why he’s the backup. If things continue to go bad they’ll just bounce between Rush, Lance and give Will Grier a try. This is life without Dak.

It’s good for Jerry to see the team suck badly with both backup QBs, not to excuse Dak’s bad decision throws, but to realize just how awful this roster is. The OL might improve with time, but the run game needs real RBs, the passing game needs complete overhaul of WR 2 and WR3. The defense may be decent at DE when all are healthy, but probably needs new blood as DLaw is likely finished in Dallas, the DT position needs complete overhaul as Osa is not worthy of a new contract as a starter, and we need a thumper or 2 at LB as Overshown is the only LB with a future in Dallas, and he is not going to be stout in the run defense. We probably need at least 1 youth at Safety and 1 CB with speed.

It’s not going to be pretty with this roster even if our QB reverts to last season form. There’s a lot of work to do. So Jerry better make a decision at Head coach right away.

Just play well for once. They haven’t since Pittsburgh and even then it was ugly. The only game they looked like a real team was Cleveland.

I mean in all honesty we’ve actually seen Carolina and Jacksonville this season look like real teams. This thing is a disaster

A little perspective on the trends…..Houston is still trying to work through things offensively. They are a first half team then go conservative in the 2nd half. Houston is also below .500 ATS this season. That +7.5 looks too easy for the Texans but I think Dallas pulls closer near the end to make the game closer than it appears. Simply, Houston doesn’t appear to be capable of a blowout at this point in time.
