His scheme is not a fit at all for him..
He can play QB imo but he is not a west coast QB.
In Dallas he would be back in a vertical passing scheme with a team that want's to run the ball.
Plus, I like a QB that can come off the bench and run if the starter gets hurt because usually a team can't prepare for that.
RG3 has an accurate deep ball as well.
Some team will make him a starter.. A team like Houston, Buffalo, Jets and maybe Philly would probably jump all over him if given the chance.
I venture to say that you like the concept of RGIII more so than the player RGIII. The reality is, RGIII is not a good QB. He has terrible mechanics, bad vision, struggles at the very basics of being an NFL QB (reading the defense, making his progressions, not getting happy feet in the pocket, looking up filed when flushed out of the pocket just to name a few). Not to mention that he is injury prone, which, is not a good thing for a running QB. He will never make it a through a season now that he has lost some of his quickness and elusiveness and that it I open season on Read option QBs. Shoot, even Madden 16 realizes this about RGIII
:
RGIII even has injury issues in ‘Madden NFL 16′
If it’s in the game, it’s in the game,” according to EA Sports’ classic tagline touting the realism of its sports simulations.
Translation: If the “Madden NFL 16″ version of Robert Griffin III is in the game, he probably won’t be in the game for long.
Just look at all these gamers who have already watched CG-RGIII go down with injuries in the latest edition of the video game, which was released Tuesday. It all feels a little too real.

I just played 1 quarter of the new madden in GameStop and RG3 got hurt. Cousins led me down the field.

The new Madden game is so realistic that after 3 games Robert Griffin is already hurt and out for 7 weeks.
