Quitting is not something one should ever consider. Unless it’s marriage.Or are you a fan for life, no matter what?

This is seriously the first season where I have not cared.I have walked away from the TV more then I ever have this season
I'll second this with the caveat that I enjoy watching even the games we lose WHEN WE AT LEAST LOOK LIKE WE'RE MAKING AN EFFORT TO WIN. I haven't seen much of that this season but I've been a Boys fan for over 40 years and I don't think I could switch allegiances even if I tried. I know because I live in Seattle where it's constant Seahawks chatter in my face and I can't find it in myself to root for them even though I like and respect Russell Wilson.I’m a fan for life. We all want more out of our team, but anyone who thinks the Super Bowl is always the only reason for being a fan will never be happy. I still enjoy watching the games, even when we lose. If the game yesterday ruined someone’s Thanksgiving, then someone has a serious reality problem.
My thoughts exactly. No more listening to the Fan during the week or the pregame/postgame shows. No more reading articles. No more buying their preseason magazines. No more merchandise. It's sickening if they keep him.Won't walk away but may threaten to if Garrett is extended. But will be back. However if Garrett is extended, my interest will be down, as well as how much time I spend on reading everything and keeping an eye on TC and the draft, FA. I can find other things to do.
So I say for now.
I won’t buy any merchandise, pay to see a game or even wear my Cowboys gear until something changes. Other than that I will always be a Cowboy fan. I feel really bad for everyone who paid good money to go to the game yesterday. Who would still pay to see a game?I won't. I will lay off of buying merch and watching games but will never stop being a fan
