But I don't give a crap who our qb is...I don't care who our TE is...I want a ring...I'm not concerned about who leads us there...

So many people want to to win a ring for this guy or that guy...I don't care about any of that...im a fan of the Dallas Cowboys...just give me a championship...

My teams are Cowboys Spurs Red Sox in that order. I've seen multiple championships from each organization.

I also find that I really enjoy watching team building and player development and don't need the team to win to enjoy the franchise. I only get bent when I see regression. Wade Phillips and Dave Campo teams were hard to take.

Garrett in particular has been interesting to watch. I think he has maybe improved the most and become a very good coach.

Dallas and the NY Rangers. Neither have won crap since the 90s. The Rangers did make the cup finals last season though. And they are built to do it again this year and next. That's how I want the Cowboys built.

Never got into hockey. I find that I either have to focus on the line changes which is boring or I get lost which I hate. I could probably watch enough to get past that but I am from Texas and never played.

This will NEVER happen, purely for fun. Would you be able to mortgage the draft picks it would take for AP and Revis. Is winning a Super Bowl worth ruining our cap and drafts for the next 5-8 years to you. Again, this will never happen, but how desperate are you?

Being 26 and never witnessing the glory years(or having an understanding at the time they happened) if it meant winning the superbowl this year and sucking from say 2016-2024 I would do it.

Im pretty desperate. Not only for me, but no one deserves it more then Tony and Witten. Everything they've been through, how hard they've worked, it would bring tears to my eyes just to see them raising the trophy together.

It is moves like that that created the mess the Cowboys have been in since the turn of the century. Jerry Jones repeatedly tried to buy his way back in only to take several steps back with guys whose best days were behind them. The same very well could be true for both AP and Revis. In my mind, it's nowhere close to being worth the gamble.

My brother is a stars fan though and what I am talking about is from games. They will do a line change I don't notice and my mind goes wth did he come from and it discombobulates me. I will eventually be taken to more so eventually I will pick it up.

I believe that anyone who is enough of Cowboys fan to frequent this website is probably very desperate for a Super Bowl. It's been much too long since we've had the taste of victory that only the Super Bowl can satisfy. Let's just say we were fortunate enough to enjoy a little appetizer last year. It would be nothing short of fantastic to return this year to feast upon the main course.

I'm not desperate at all, and I hope the front office isn't desperate. No, I wouldn't mortgage the future for a SB.

No matter what you do, selling all out, going down the drain for another decade, none of that guarantees anything. If it did, more teams would win trophies with that approach. Even when your franchise QB is nearly the final years, you still have to build your team the right way, through the draft, with intelligent FA moves that will pay off.

Every year is a chance at a SB; every year, so building a sustainable and strong franchise/team is the best way because you will have many opportunities to win a SB. Blow it all in one year, one chance, knowing that you'll be bottom feeders after that if you don't win it....stupid, imo.
