Watching both play, I think you can flip a coin. Beside that one TD saving play from Wilcox last year, I don't remember him doing anything great to get the hype he has been getting. He is a good tackler but he is bad in coverage.
I don't see "hype". I just see Wilcox as being the best of what we have to offer. Heath is terrible. I'm one of the few guys on here who gives him the benefit of the doubt because I think its unfair to judge a undrafted player on his rookie campaign. HE had no business starting. But the guy can't tackle, he can't locate the ball in the air......Heath is one of the worst players i've ever witnessed play in the secondary and i've seen a lot come through here.
I atleast see some potential with Wilcox. We knew he was a project with high upside when we got him. I think there's something there with him. Enough to let the season play out.
