The Vikings matched their intensity and I'm sure there will be a million excuses by the haters but Cousins played lights out. It's tough to defend when a QB is putting it on a dime and the receivers are 100% "This ball is mine".

It's pretty obvious, we were San Francisco's Super Bowl.

Why would we be there SB? They already beat us where it counts the last 2 years in the playoffs. The Cowboys were talking about this being their SB and they failed miserably. SF made it look so easy.

Because maybe the vikings and browns aren't as bad as everyone thought they were (Cleveland has elite lines...and Minnesota DID win a bazillion games over last few years, they obviously know how to win games)... and SF isn't the unbeatable monster everyone hypes them to be....and of course Dallas was way overhyped by all their fans.

I hope the players aren't worrying about "how did we lose to AZ and SF". (I would NOT put it past them) or else in 7 days we'll be making posts that say "how did we lose to the Rams"

their offense runs through McCaffrey. take him out and its an average offense. Purdy needs a strong running game so their pass offense can work. last week he looked weak and this weak he threw two Interceptions.

You're right but I feel like this year there's more parity than normal. Its literally a new team to beat every week and then they get their *** whooped lol. Its some truly crazy football going on. Even the Cowboys are drilling teams by 30 and 40 points then lose to the Cardinals. Dolphins beat the Broncos and score 70 points and lose to the Bills by 20. Then Bills lose to the Pats. 49ers losing to the Browns and Vikings. Eagles losing to the Jets. The talking heads can't even latch on to a team fast enough before a new favorite jumps up lol.

Dallas has had many many game film on how to beat SF.

They had film of quote a few teams beating them last year, basically the same roster scheme coaching etc.

How do you guys post stuff like this why are you gonna understand this is a week to week league and by the way our defense was horrible that's the answer we had no energy we had no good game plan we didn't execute we got our butts beat because the defense right from the first snap to the last snap couldn't stop anyone that happened to both our losses by the way I mean how did we lose to Arizona because it's a week to week league if you don't show up with a good game plan and a little energy and you're not playing to win you're gonna lose!

How in the world is everyone letting Dan Quinn off the hook I mean that is the reason we lost those two games I mean did the offense play great no but in the Arizona game we we're missing 3 Pro Bowl players we were on the road and nobody was getting open but did he didn't do anything I mean look at the games we lost two games because our defense didn't show up with the same energy that they do on social media and all the talk here about how great the defense was gonna be after the first three weeks of the season and they fell flat on their faces..

But do I got to remind you the Buffalo Bills lost to The Jets they struggled against the giants and then they just lost to the NE.. We beat the brakes off all 3 of those teams.

How about the Eagles they struggled against New England barely came out of that with a win and they lost what was that team again that beat them oh The Jets and then they handed a Gimme with Miami I mean they are not as good as their advertised as either I'm not worried about that game in two weeks it's going to be a good game but people thinking they're superior are gonna forget like you it's a week to week league just like it's a year to year league and nothing that's happened for 27 years or the last five years or two years ago or last year in the playoffs really mattered what matters is this week we gotta get ready for the Rams who I bet people think we're just going to walk over.. not going to happen,.

Again, any given Sunday it's a week to week league there is no mystery this has been going on since the beginning of time...

I don't know if you noticed but people do get up for the Cowboys more than they do other teams it's part of the deal you make when you become a Cowboys fan or a Cowboys player or a coach they're gonna come at you like it's their Super Bowl they hate you they wanna beat you and if you don't bring your a game you could probably lose

Yes, they're a very good football team, but I can't help but feel, after watching them these last two weeks, confused as to what that says about our game with them or about us? I know it's a week to week league, but these last two weeks have left me with more questions than answers about SFO and Dallas.

It depends on how motivated the other team is and the coaching.
Also SF didnt keep robbie gold, and kicker misses have now cost them 2 games.

Minn was in a must win situation last nite, SF wasnt. Cleveland just wanted to win more. SF was like dallas in that game, thought they
could just show up and win.

also shanahan is at times not a good playcaller, and game mgr. He is up and down. Purdy had some bad passes, but at times
it looked like garrett was the SF OC, no one short to throw to, so he threw deeper and was picked off.

The boys sold out to stop CMC. That took everything they had and left other parts of the defense too exposed. This is a fast defense that is way too light to hold up against ground and pound teams normally. DC needs to come up with a better defensive package against mauling offensive lines.

Nah, that was OUR super bowl. We were the ones chirping, wearing black suits, Dak and his laughable "thanks for pissing me off." That was supposed to be the game we stood up to daddy, but daddy just took his belt off and beat our *** with it and sent us to our room for the night.

Since that game we’ve had a bye week and beat the Chargers. Since that game the 49ers have been on a two game losing streak. Better believe 49ers treated that game like a SB.

Answer this if you are not sure:

A) Are you confident that if those trades were accepted on your terms, that both of those QB's would solve our problems? Are you willing to put your money on it? This coming from me, who has been accused of being a "hater" by the infamous morons whose names don't need to be mentioned here

B) Go book your Super Bowl hotel arrangements and take out another mortgage on your house in order to afford a pair of tickets?

C) Are you sure that these 3 struggling QB's don't share a common problem..ie. coaching, play calling, etc?

There can be zero argument that on paper Herbert and Allen should be no doubters considering where they were drafted, but the evidence suggests they have not lived up to the hype and failed to perform when it matters. Kind of like what we are dealing with, no?

while i agree most here overreact, sometimes its cause certain things are true.
Good teams can and will lose, but they usually dont get blown out like that.

Take for example the vikings last year, they were 8-1 with their only loss to the eagles (7-24) lost to us 40-3 and it was so bad they stopped showing it during the 3rd quarter, some of their fans said the same thing and then they get beat by Daniel freaking jones in the playoffs.

I know that it's a week to week league. However, when you see what SFO has looked like since they played us, I cant help but be a bit, well, surprised that we got torched like we did.

Deebo's absence is huge. And the Niners appear to play much better on their home Slip-n-Slide, where they can just feed McCaffrey.

I still think Purdy is a legit QB...he's just not used to playing from behind. Where the Niners are used to bullying others teams, the Vikings stole their lunch money tonight.

Shanahan is something like 0-38 when losing by at least 8 points in the 4th quarter.

Maybe it's a QB stat more than a coaching stat, but the 49ers are a one-script team. They simply cannot win without getting a lead early.
