Allow me to go on a small rant, please. It's a happy rant, and I don't do it very often.

Nothing wrong with getting to know the competition. And by that I mean spying on their message board. I've been posting on the 49ers forum the past couple days, and they are extremely confident. The majority of them feel as if they are Super Bowl bound. They've had some funny/depressing things to say, and here are some of the highlights -

There were a lot more "harsh" posts than that, but I won't bring them here because they would probably violate about 3/4 of the forum's rules. They've changed my viewpoint on the game a little. It means more to me. I want this game more.

The 49ers GON GET THIS WORK. Dez will rip their pride away from them and hand it back like he didn't want it anyway. THEY AIN'T ABOUT THAT LIFE. Their entire team won't be able to look their families in the eyes after Sunday. We're not just going to beat them, we're going to BEAT. THEM. DOWN. They're gonna wish the NFL had some sort of mercy rule after we demoralize them. But in all seriousness, the game won't even be fun to watch because we'll be playing our backups after half time. Weeden can handle it from there. Kaepernick is going to leave AT&T Stadium as a DALLAS COWBOYS FAN. Make sure the 9ers fans stay away from all tall buildings and any sharp objects... THEY. DON'T. WANT. THESE. PROBLEMS.

I don't doubt that just saying the same stuff is said here every day of the week. Their MO is talking smack about the opposing team and our fans MO is talking smack about the Cowboys. You can see where my confusion is. lol

Well, if I were them I'd be worried. We may not have had a winning record last year, but we sure did take a lot of solid teams down to the wire in the 4th QTR. The Dallas Cowboys have nothing to lose from this game, they're expected to get blown out, meanwhile the 49ers are predicted by many to be in the NFC championship game. I fully expect Dallas to stun 49ers in week 1, we may not win, but I bet 49ers will be sweating it in the 4th QTR.

Dude, he's a freaking Scalliwag. I watched him play a few times last year; average DB. Let them do the same mistake the Chiefs did last year when they put Flowers 1v1 with Dez; he went over 100 in the first quarter alone. Their secondary is terrible and Dez is going to expose the hell out of them. I honestly think we will beat them decisively.

This cat just said he has been defending Crabtree and Boldin well in practice. Them two combined ain't even close to being half of Dez Bryant. Crabtree is a bust and Boldin is old as hell.

For what it's worth Tony Romo is 3-0 against the 49ers with a 114.7 QB rating. 5 TDS and 0 INTs.

I don't think San Fran is nearly as good as they think they are, and I don't think our defense (if healthy) is going to be nearly as bad as people think it will be (still needs to be blown up next year).

2 years ago we didnt have this o-line, kitna played a whole quarter and threw 2 interceptions, romo came back with a busted lung and we STILL whooped em. i dont expect any different this time around.
