Ok so they will grill the jalapenos and onions?? The jalapenos are pickled so grilling them doesn't sound that appetizing..now grilled fresh jalapenos on a burger, now that's tasty.
I like Whataburger just fine, and it's open 24/7 which is a bonus. But it's maybe not worth the price. It tastes better than most fast food burgers but it has the downsides of fast food. The veggies aren't very good(like the tomatoes and lettuce). They don't prepare the burgers well. They will just plop all the crap in the middle of the burger like stack 10 jalapenos in a mound. And they'll give you the jalapeno/pickle stumps/stems that you don't want to eat. So you have to take it apart when you get home and put it back together. And you might get an ungodly amount of mustard, or maybe just a smidge on one side of the burger. This is the kind of thing all fast food joints do.
They DO have the best ketchup..and it's dipping friendly. I'm not huge on ketchup but theirs is good..wonder what it is about it?
The best burgers are the hole in the wall local places that are also fast food..better for a similar price.
