Jerry does not undermine his coaches and ever coach who has worked for Jones says so after they left the team. This is old school dogma B.S. that continues to stream from the mouths of old school leather helmet era.

So, after one of the worst beat downs in NFL history.............40 first downs, seriously?...................anybody want to revise their previous statements on the direction of the franchise?

I would. I think they will hit rock bottom quicker than I had thought. Romo's arm has weakened much more than I thought. He is already in a state of decline and he won't last that long. This means that a QB is must in the coming draft IMO. The older core of this team is done and the quality of players that is needed to replace them is not on the roster. Without a QB and a good pass rusher, the team will wallow at the bottom of the division. It was short-sighted to resign Romo. Jerry should have been looking to trade him. These players are going to be hard to replace and the salary cap is in a mess for the next couple of years. The future looks very bad with little hope of it changing.

I know there will be bad games and even bad seasons, but what's really, and I mean really, depressing to me is that I can't see any light at the end of this nightmarished tunnel. This is the text book way to torture your fan base. Season after season of heartbreaking losses, but not being able to fully realize the NFL's concept of parity, because of being just good enough to finish at .500. We are stuck in the mud, thats for sure. This is a very bad feeling that I think might be with me for the next 5 years or so.
