If McCarthy could win with Ted Thompson, he can definitely win with Jerry. Without seeing a snap, I say they would have won the Eagles game and Jets game with McCarthy. I see a neck and neck race for the division with Philly, perhaps a wildcard berth.

A lot will depend on how quickly the players adapt to a more focused brand of football. Dak is in for a heavy classroom load this upcoming year. I hope they keep Kitna around.

The real key is what we do in free agency and the draft
I think the staff will be better but we still have 20 some free agents and the draft
We need a very good off season from the personnel side

We got pretty lucky with injuries this year...I think major injuries wipe us out next year and we miss the playoffs.
