even year , so get ready .
Is that a dude in a bunny suit tackling Teddy Roosevelt wearing bunny ears? I hope he's ready for a beat down. Teddy spoke softly but carried a big stick.
Oh the high hopes .
I've officially lost hope until proven otherwise.
It's also a leap year!
All depends on the Defense to me. The offense was pretty elite this year, didn't get a lot of short fields. If the defense is 30% better, we'll definitely make the playoffs (assuming we don't lose Cooper and a bunch of weapons on Offense).
I like the fact that people are using their brain in this poll.
We all know the meddling will start in no more than a couple months and eventual mediocrity will take center stage to prevent overall success.
Jerry has his tendencies, and will probably want to intervene. Don't know if he will this time or won't. It's worth a look.
Gotta see what's done with Dak and the rest of the personnel before I make my final decision.
Well lets see. Next year is an even year? We will make the playoffs. Been that way since 2014. Never fails. But it has nothing to do with being an even year and everything to do with this team only flourishes when they don't have to play a 1st place schedule. Not sure how far we go but I do expect to get there. And probably win the East. Giants and Skins are still not ready. Don't really fear the Eagles even when healthy.
I am curious if can we get any consistency around here. Can we string together playoff seasons. Get to some conference championship games. Unlike the AFC, the NFC is a carousel of teams who make it there. No team has been dominant and making it there constantly like the AFC with NE/Pitt/Den/Balt. It's time to go back.
Thinking 10-1 or 9-4... I'm bad at math...
Players buy in........players buy out.
Gonna find out who the real cream puffs are........OR, were they that badly coached all along.
Gonna be reeeeeeell interesting,IMO.
I feel like we’re next year’s champs all over again
51% vote for 1st or 2nd round.....................I agree.
I liked the way the team started a few games this past season where the offense would take the ball and drive all the way down for a TD. Then, the team would quit playing. Hopefully McCarthy and his staff will be able to keep the offense firing the whole game.
For one, the Boys have the 17th overall pick in the first round of the Draft. McCarthy will being out the team that showed up vs the Rams. It's a no brainer.
Extend Dak ignore the tag. Secure Coop, tag optional. Retain Jones & select a CB in draft. Finally, let Wiiten hang up his cleats. McCarthy knows what he has to work with and I truly believe eyes will open this season on how the Cowboys have been turned into a contender.
Congrats for winning the division Egals. By doing so, you gave the Cowboys a new HC, a lower draft pick AND easier schedule. If only you had to play the Saints & Rams as the Cowboys, you would have saved your quarterback from his performance in his first playoff appearance.
Need more info to make a prediction like this. Gotta wait until FA and the draft is completed.
No idea what this year's roster might look like until then.
