How does CZ feel about Courtland Sutton?

He just seems like the type of guy we would take.

Local player, freak size and athleticism, and also a productive player.

The long arms, body control, and ability to demand a double team in college really impress me.

Also, he seems ok in his interviews in front of the camera.

He ran a 4.5 at the combine with a 35.5 inch vert so you have to question his explosiveness some.

He looks like a High Risk/High Reward type of pick to me.
On the one hand he could be one of the few legit no 1's available in the draft and possibly the best one
On the other he could be a bust.
He is not on my wish list but if he is picked I would hope for the best.

He has speed, size and great hands.
Wins contested passes and great at YAC.

I loved him coming into 2017 season but his final year was great.
His combine elevated some athletic concerns.

He's produced and win a contested balls. Is he the deep threat we need though..

Lacks Hurst? Dude had elite short area quickness times at the combine at 6'3 220.

Dude moves like a CB.

He could be in play at 19. Ridley and Moore might contribute more in 2018, and would definitely start over Williams. But Sutton is that big WR they seem to like

He has monster potential, but I'd prefer not to spend the 19th overall on him.
But yeah, unlike many of the other 8-9 other good WRs in the class, this guy for sure will not be there at 50.

I don’t see him going that high..


Had he hit a 4.4 or had a 39 inch vertical then maybe but I think he goes in the 2nd.

Have liked him for awhile. Looks like a man playing with little kids. I'm fine taking him at 19 if the blue chipper defensive players are gone.
