How does Ramsey compare to Peterson?

how does Ramsey compare to Patrick Peterson when he came out of lsu?

I remember a lot of people thought Petersons tape wasn't that great and that people just loved him bc of his physical traits...then peterson had a rough rookie year and has since become a top cb in the nfl..

So how does Ramseys college TAPE compare to Petersons?

Just my impression from watching them, Peterson was a freak physical athlete, bigger and stronger than Ramsey, faster and quicker, but not as polished as a CB. I'm pretty sure if one were to compile a list, Peterson likely allowed more completions (also faced better competition, 3 years of Julio Jones and AJ Green, as well as others), but I also think he showed he was more of a play maker. While his 4 ints as a junior aren't that spectacular, it's a big difference from Ramsey's 0. I think Ramsey is similar to Prince Amukamara who came out in that same draft. Solid cover skills, but no ball skills.

Wrong CB. Ramsey is looking like a better safety prospect than a CB. Peterson is a very physically gifted player, I wouldn't say Ramsey is truly great at anything if he was placed at CB. He ceiling would be high at safety though.

The top CB prospect is Hargreaves, but he's not very similar to Peterson either. He's being compared to Haden, which I prefer since I respect Haden more as a CB anyways.
